  • If the property is under a tenancy agreement liaise with the tenant on  behalf of the Vendor.
  • Order the professional photography, floor plan & copy writing
  • Prepare the for sale board and brochures for the property and liaise with the Vendor
  • Arrange and lodge approved advertising on all internet sites & all other promotional material including paper and press advertising if required
  • Liaise with the Vendor and buyers to arrange suitable inspection times in advance
  • Follow up all buyers and provide regular reports to the Vendor on the level of interest and negotiate all offers
  • All offers on the property will be submitted to the Vendor
  • If the property is being sold by auction establish prior to the auction day a strategy for the conduct of the auction, taking into account the Clients’s instructions & the level of buyer interest
  • The auction sale will be conducted in accordance with state legislation & the REIV auctioneer’s code of conduct 
  • We will confirm the availability of all necessary documentation to effect a successful sale including liaising with legal representatives
  • In accordance with the Client’s instructions we will negotiate the best outcome for the Client
  • The deposit will be receipted in accordance with the Estate Agents Act
  • We will liaise with legal representatives of all parties to facilitate sale and settlement
